Gio Barba

Gio Barba wines are produced at Azienda Agricola Fratelli Barba, owned and managed by  Giovanni Barba. A 680 acre sustainable “Agriturismo” of which 168 acres are vineyards the  estate is located in northern Abruzzo with the Apennine Mountains to the west and to the  north the Tronto River separates Abruzzo from Le Marches. The climate is warm and dry  along the Adriatic coastline where the vineyards is located. All of the vineyards are located  within the Montepulciano D’Abruzzo DOC.
